A few updates on my #fitfor40 endeavours:
30 day shred
I’ve done 3 days. Day 2 was so hard as my muscles ached. Day 3 I was away for work and dragged my bum out of bed early to work out in my hotel room, I was pretty pleased with myself. Today is day 4 and I’m working up the motivation to get my kit on. My muscles hurt less now 😊
Dry January
So far so good! I was away in a hotel for work with colleagues. That was my toughest test yet. As they all laid into the beer and wine I sipped my virgin mojitos and alcohol free beer. It was ok, but by the end I felt so bloated. I was sorely tempted but they are a supportive bunch. They have already seen me through Sober for October so any pressure was just in my own head. Glad to be home though and counting down to the halfway mark 😄
Water water everywhere
So I’m about 4 days into my water challenge and it is going well! Not seeing any real difference in my skin yet, maybe a bit brighter but it is marginal. I also have a massive spot on my forehead, but that is probably just detox!
So things are on track at the moment, hopefully I will start to feel the results soon to keep me motivated!!!!
